The Knot

On a Sunday morning, post a cardio walk with my trainer, we were discussing the strangeness of human behavior, and he mentioned a phrase in Marathi on Ego. I asked him to translate as my Marathi comprehension is weak and he explained about the knot of Ego. I was quite surprised as I was reading a similar topic in my scripture studies. Do you find your ego or other people's ego affecting your life tremendously?
