Be Careful Don't Pull Too Hard- It Will Snap

In our lectures at IIM, one of the professors said that he gives the student enough rope in a discussion that he hangs himself, entangled in his illogical solution to a problem.

At a later period, in my work and in my personal life, I realized that one cannot keep the rope too taut or too tight.
